Nomi's free plan has no end date and allows 50 messages per day. A free input can run to 400 characters, and a paid input to 800. In roleplay this means a detailed scene setup may need trimming even when you still have messages left. Nomi describes its memory in terms of persistent conversational memory, Mind Maps, backstories and shared notes. It publishes no context size, so think of these as organising tools, not a guaranteed recall rate.

The advertised Standard plan includes up to 10 companions and 10 group chats, enough for a fixed cast. Web prices are US$15.99 per month, US$39.99 per quarter and US$99.99 per year. The Dutch App Store page would not load, which tells you nothing about access to the web version. The web terms describe card billing. The official pages do not confirm iDEAL or a BTW-inclusive total.

Nomi Credits pay for extras. You can only buy them with an active subscription, and they do not expire. A selfie or art request costs 1 credit, a standard-definition video 6, an extra group chat 25 and an extra Nomi slot 100. Under the current policy, images are limited to clothed photos. On a free account, voice features become read-only.

Nomi says its chats are not end-to-end encrypted. To delete, go to Profile, Account Settings and Delete account, confirm by email and type DELETE. Personal information is removed in about 28 days, with exceptions. You cancel through the platform you paid on, and deleting the app does not stop billing. Core chat and the character library on SpicyChat are free, and you get 3 user personas, so one invented narrator can move between settings. We could not independently confirm a numeric daily message cap. Each paid tier has a published context size: 4,000 tokens on Get A Taste, 8,000 on True Supporter and 32,000 on I'm All In. Older documentation still gives 16,000 for the top tier, so read these as stated capacities, not measured recall.

SpicyChat is the only web service here with a euro price list, and it uses the same numbers as its dollar prices: €5.95 per month or €60 per year, €19.95 or €199.95, and €29.95 or €299.95, effective 8 September 2026. Older subscriptions keep their previous price only until the plan changes or lapses, and a downgrade also loses the old rate. It is not confirmed whether BTW is included. Card and one-time crypto payments are listed; iDEAL and SEPA are not. Charges show on bank statements as NDAI.CC.

Text-to-speech is listed for the top tier only. Explicit language, images and blur each have their own setting, and a SFW label on a character does not guarantee the conversation will stay SFW.

Age assurance uses a video selfie, with ID as a fallback, in regions on a published list that includes the UK, France, Italy and Australia. The Netherlands is not on it, but that does not mean Dutch users are exempt. To delete, go to Profile, Advanced and Delete Account; deletion cannot be undone. CrushOn.AI splits its models into free and Pro. The current landing page promises unlimited chats on free models, plus 100 Pro credits per month and 20 Inspiration Replies per day. The 100 credits are a monthly pool that only Pro models use. An older wiki describes a 100-message monthly cap and a tier that no longer exists, so check which model a character runs on before assuming the chat is free.

Paid plans are priced in US dollars: Standard US$5.99 with 2,000 Pro credits, Premium US$14.99 with 6,000 Pro credits and long-term memory, Luxe US$39.99, Elite US$89.99 and Imperial US$199.99 with 125,000 Pro credits and 30 custom voice slots. The official FAQ counts 2 coins per AI reply. The official pages do not confirm euro amounts, iDEAL or BTW-inclusive totals. Chat Packages require an active membership, work with Pro models only and cannot be refunded once activated.

Memory capacity varies by model and tier, so no single figure covers the whole service. Voice messages come with more than 40 presets in nine listed languages, including German but not Dutch. Character images depend on how each creator set up the character. Adult text is behind a Hidden Content switch.

To cancel, go to Profile and Manage Subscription, then the platform you were billed through: Apple, Google, SubscribeStar or Paymentwall. Most started periods are non-refundable. Account deletion is under Profile, Settings, Delete Account, but an active subscription may stop you from using it. You can only delete a single message while it is less than 24 hours old. The official FAQ promises unlimited free messages, though you may land in a waiting room at peak times. Memory relies partly on pins: 15 on the free tier and 30 on lite. c.ai+ adds a fuller set of memory tools, including private Lorebooks. Lite starts at US$4.99 per month. c.ai+ costs US$9.99 per month or US$94.99 per year. The Dutch App Store lists several plan items without saying how long each lasts, so confirm the period on the purchase screen. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed.

Dutch is one of the interface languages, but we have not assessed Dutch output. Pornographic content is banned, and no paid plan lifts the filter. Age assurance runs through Persona: age estimation first, a selfie when needed and ID as a fallback. Persona deletes biometric data within 7 days.

Two dated events should give any subscriber pause. On 12 October 2026 the company announced a voluntary Chapter 11 sale process. The platform still runs and subscriptions still bill, but the company says it may wind down if no viable bid comes in, and it expects a sale in late November or early December 2026. On 3 July 2026 the Italian Garante fined it €158,000 over transparency and security issues. We have not verified whether that fine is under appeal.

OurDream costs US$19.99 per month or US$119.88 per year. The annual plan comes to US$9.99 per month but is charged as a single payment. Monthly subscribers get 1,000 Dreamcoins at purchase and at each renewal. The annual plan starts with 2,000, including a one-off 1,000 bonus, and then adds 1,000 each month. The official pages do not confirm euro totals or BTW inclusion, and the help centre says PayPal is not supported.

Standard chat on a paid plan costs 0 coins. Genius and Lively Genius responses cost 1 coin each, an in-chat image 5, a minute of voice call 50, a five-second standard video 100, and a new character with two images 10. Free accounts pay 1 coin per message and get no fixed grant. A month spent mostly on text stays at US$19.99. Twenty in-chat images would use 100 of the 1,000 included coins, and 10 call minutes would use 500. These rates come from a cost guide dated 2 March 2026 and may change.

There is no native app, only the browser and a PWA. If you cancel, you keep access until the paid term ends, and resubscribing does not bring back unused coins. Deleting the account through Profile, danger zone and delete my account cancels the subscription, forfeits coins with no refund and takes 24 to 48 hours. The privacy policy, dated 26 August 2026, allows OurDream to train AI models on user content. Popular shared characters can stay up after deletion. The iPhone app, listed as Janitor: Interactive Stories, is free to install, with optional Janitor+ purchases. The Dutch App Store lists Janitor+ at €14.99 per month and €99 per year. We did not test the final checkout or whether these amounts include BTW. The app needs iOS 15.5 or later, and there is also a web version. Primary documentation gave no numeric free message or memory allowance, so expect to find the limits inside the app.

The App Store rates the app 18+ and says it uses in-app Age Assurance. The official pages do not confirm the provider or the procedure. The only interface language listed is English.

Privacy is where JanitorAI falls short. The developer's App Store declaration says contact info, user content, identifiers, usage and diagnostics are not linked to identity, but Apple does not verify these declarations. We could not review the privacy policy itself, so we have nothing to go on for encryption, training use, retention or how to delete an account. Keep personal details out of characters and storylines.

Check the address first. The service runs at gptgirlfriend.online and is operated by NextDay AI Incorporated in Montreal, Canada, with an EU entity, NextDay AI EU Ltd, in Limassol, Cyprus. Its US subsidiary, NextDay AI USA Inc, is also named as the operator of SpicyChat.

The terms give an example free start of 10 to 20 messages in total across 2 to 3 characters. That is a one-time amount, not a daily grant, although completing tasks can earn extra credits. Paid plans come with monthly allocations of 5,000 to 20,000 messages that do not roll over. The official pages do not confirm euro prices, iDEAL or BTW inclusion. The policy footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and CCBill is supported. You install it as a PWA or an Android APK.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel under Manage subscription, or, if you paid with CCBill, under Billing and Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds are generally refused except for payment errors or technical faults, and other requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days.

The privacy policy, dated 13 April 2026, says personal data is normally kept for 6 years after an account closes. You request erasure through Support, and we found no confirmed way to delete from inside the product. Moderation combines automated filtering with manual review of flagged content. Perchance is a collection of generators, not a single app. Its AI Character Chat generator advertises unlimited free messages with no signup and no daily caps. That is the provider's own claim, not a limit we measured. You don't need an email address, phone number or card. Character Chat also advertises free built-in images, but that applies to this generator, not to every Perchance page.

Memory works differently from the account-based services above. AI Chat saves conversations in your browser's local storage and offers editable summaries to stretch the context. The text-plugin documentation says prompts and responses are not stored on the server, though no independent audit confirms this. The downside is that nothing is backed up across devices. Clearing site data can wipe a long-running story, so use the save and export option. Anyone who receives an exported file or shared link can read the conversation.

The documentation says adult themes are possible when requested, but the official pages do not confirm a content policy for the whole platform. We also could not establish who operates it publicly, how age is checked or what the full privacy terms are. That is why Perchance ranks last here even though it costs nothing.
