Adult access and what stays prohibited
Both services ask you to declare that you are 18+ when you enter. OurDream's underage policy allows further checks where needed, including third-party document or biometric services. Candy.ai's underage policy mentions possible additional local checks. Neither names a specific procedure for the Netherlands (checked 2026-10-28 and 2026-10-29).
Confirming your age does not unlock prohibited material. Both services ban content involving minors. OurDream also bans unauthorised likeness and does not allow reference photo uploads. What an unfiltered label actually covers
Words like unfiltered, spicy AI chat or NSFW chatbot describe the tone a service allows. They don't name a model, a memory size or an encryption method, and they don't exempt anyone from Dutch or EU law.
At OurDream, adult access and billing are separate things. Its terms allow adult text and images, but each action costs Dreamcoins: standard paid text costs 0, a Genius response 1, an in-chat image 5, a voice call minute 50 and a five-second standard video 100 (cost guide dated 2026-03-02, checked 2026-10-28). So the 1,000 monthly coins in the US$19.99 plan cover about 200 in-chat images or 20 voice-call minutes. Anything beyond that costs extra on top of the subscription.
Candy.ai offers realistic and anime styles. Premium includes 100 tokens a month and Premium Plus 330 (checked 2026-10-28). Candy.ai doesn't publish what each action costs in tokens, so you can't convert 100 tokens into a fixed number of images or calls. Its free start is a one-time sample of five messages, not a daily allowance.
However fluent the replies are, they are still software output, and a character promising discretion is not a privacy policy. The NSFW AI chat ranking scores services on eight criteria based on documented facts, including content rules, privacy and age checks.
Payment, BTW, stored data and closing an account
Payment from the Netherlands: OurDream lists prices in USD, and its official help rules out PayPal. Candy.ai documents card, crypto, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Neither service documents iDEAL or SEPA. Neither publishes a euro price including 21% BTW, so check the total at checkout against your bank statement instead of adding 21% yourself. Candy.ai charges appear under the descriptor EverAI.
Data: OurDream is run by Dream Studio USA, Inc. Its privacy policy, dated 2026-08-26, allows user content to be used to train AI and machine-learning models, and popular characters you shared may stay up after you delete your account. Candy.ai is run by EverAI Limited in Malta. Its policy, dated 2026-10-19, covers AI training and possible human review of de-identified interactions. It keeps account data for up to 3 years after your last activity and financial records for 10 years. Neither service documents end-to-end encryption.
Closing: to cancel OurDream, go to Profile, Cancel subscription, then confirm. You keep access until the paid term ends. Deleting the account (Profile, danger zone, delete my account) also cancels the subscription. It takes 24 to 48 hours, and you lose unused coins with no refund. To cancel Candy.ai, go to My Profile, Settings, Unsubscribe. To delete, go to Settings, Danger Zone. Its 14-day EU withdrawal right covers the first purchase only, not renewals. Compare services before you subscribe
A five-message sample, a USD price without BTW and an image paid for in coins are different commitments, even when the marketing sounds alike. Is there an AI chatbot with no restrictions at all?
Every service covered here has rules. OurDream and Candy.ai both prohibit content involving minors and misuse of real people's likeness. Venice prohibits child sexual exploitation and using another person's likeness without consent (checked 2026-10-28).
What is the best free option for adult chat?
Free allowances vary in size and in whether they reset. Candy.ai gives 5 messages in total. Venice's free plan gives 10 text prompts and 15 image prompts a day on base models, though Venice describes its adult text as limited. OurDream charges free accounts one coin per message and publishes no fixed free grant.
Is any free AI chat private?
At Venice, it depends on the mode. Anonymous mode may send prompts to outside providers that keep them, Private mode comes with a no-retention commitment, and end-to-end encryption is an optional Pro mode (checked 2026-10-28). OurDream and Candy.ai document no end-to-end encryption.
Can I pay with iDEAL?

Does deleting my account stop billing?
At OurDream, deleting your account cancels the subscription automatically. It takes 24 to 48 hours, and you lose any remaining coins. Candy.ai has a separate Unsubscribe step. If you only want to stop future charges, do that first.
