18+ only. This page covers subscription costs for a service built around fictional adult characters.

Candy AI pricing covers three public subscription terms for readers in the Netherlands, checked on 2026-10-28. The monthly Premium offer is $9.99 for the first month and $13.99 from the first renewal. The quarterly term is one upfront charge of $26.97, presented as $8.99 a month. The yearly term is one upfront charge of $47.88, presented as $3.99 a month. These amounts carry a dollar symbol but no currency code. They are not euro prices, and we do not convert them.

Two things matter for a Dutch budget. The introductory month is not the recurring price: if you stay on the monthly plan, you pay the renewal amount from the second month. The public offer also does not say whether tax is included. The general Dutch BTW rate is 21%, but adding it to an amount that may already be gross would count the tax twice. Go by the total in your own checkout summary, read together with its currency code.

Tokens need their own budget. Premium includes 100 tokens a month and Premium Plus includes 330. Extra token purchases are charged on top of the subscription. The full Candy AI review puts these costs next to the documented features.

Plans, allowances and how to read each figure

The table gives the public labels exactly as shown, without euro equivalents. A monthly equivalent only shows how an upfront payment spreads across the term. It is not an instalment plan, so the quarterly and yearly rows are each paid in one charge at the start.

The included tokens do not map to a fixed number of completed actions. The public help pages state the monthly grant but give no per-action cost or pack price. That means you can only work out a realistic monthly total of subscription plus typical tokens from the prices your account shows before you buy. Premium Plus lists extra capacity, but the help article describing it does not print its price. Before upgrading, compare the Plus offer in your account with the Standard terms below.

For payment, the official help lists major credit cards worldwide, cryptocurrency, Apple Pay and Google Pay, each depending on local availability. iDEAL, SEPA direct debit and PayPal are not on that list. A card logo or a Dutch bank card does not mean the charge will be made in euros.

Checking the cost from free account to renewal

  1. Treat the free allowance as a preview, not a recurring plan. The official free-user help describes 5 chat messages across all characters, 1 created character and 1 generated image, with no daily renewal mentioned. Some third-party pricing pages describe a daily message quota or a seven-day premium trial, but the official help supports neither (checked 2026-10-28).
  2. Pick the term by its full payment. Write down the upfront amount ($9.99, $26.97 or $47.88) next to the plan name. For the monthly plan, also write down the $13.99 renewal, since that is your ongoing cost.
  3. Go through the checkout summary line by line. Look for the currency code, any tax line and the final total. If the currency is not euros, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Those charges come from the bank, not from the subscription offer.
  4. Decide on tokens before you need them. The 100 or 330 monthly tokens are a fixed grant, so set your own limit for extra purchases. The 10% Plus top-up bonus on quarterly or yearly plans changes how many tokens you receive, not what the subscription costs.
  5. Keep the confirmation email. Candy AI says statements show the name EverAI. The operator is EverAI Limited, registered in Malta under C107181. The easiest way to recognise the charge is to match the emailed total to the EverAI line on your statement.
  6. Know the withdrawal window. Section 10.4.3 of the terms gives EU and UK consumers 14 days to withdraw from the initial purchase, counted from the date of the purchase confirmation email. Renewals are not covered. The value of services already used may be deducted pro rata, and the refund is due within 14 days of your notice. A clear statement sent by email to [email protected] counts as notice (checked 2026-10-29).
  7. Cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue, because subscriptions renew automatically. The documented route is My Profile, Settings, Unsubscribe, then the confirmation prompts. Paid access lasts until the current billing period ends.

Cancelling and deleting are different actions. To delete the account, go to My Profile, Settings, Danger Zone and Delete Account, then confirm. Under the privacy policy dated 2026-10-19, account data is generally kept for up to 3 years after last activity and financial records for 10 years. The policy also addresses AI training on chats. The Candy AI review goes into these privacy terms in more detail.

When these figures were checked

We checked the subscription labels, token grants and free allowances on 2026-10-28. We checked the withdrawal clause in section 10.4.3 of the terms on 2026-10-29, which is also when this page was last updated. Introductory offers can change from one visit to the next. The plan and total in your own checkout are the binding figures, not an older promotion copied from somewhere else.

Price is only one factor. The Candy AI review puts the subscription terms next to documented features: realistic and anime image styles, chat selfies, custom character creation and browser use through an add-to-home-screen web app. It also covers the 18+ self-declaration gate and the Malta-based operator. To compare Candy AI with other services on memory, dialogue, visuals, customisation, value, privacy and age checks, see our AI girlfriend app comparison. That ranking uses those criteria, not affiliate terms. Nobody has published a measurement of Dutch-language chat quality, so if you want to chat in Dutch, try the free messages first.

Frequently asked questions

Does Candy AI have a free daily message allowance?

The official free-user help describes 5 messages across all characters, 1 created character and 1 generated image, and does not mention a daily reset (checked 2026-10-28). That help article does not back up claims elsewhere of a daily quota or a seven-day premium trial.

Are the prices in euros and do they include 21% BTW?

The public offer shows a dollar symbol with no currency code and does not say whether tax is included. Check the currency and total in your checkout summary. Don't add 21% BTW to the displayed figure yourself, because it may already be a gross amount.

What name appears on my bank statement?

Candy AI says the billing descriptor is EverAI. Some Reddit commenters say they did not recognise EverAI charges at first, and their refund experiences vary. These are individual reports. Keeping your confirmation email makes the charge easier to match.

Can I get my money back after subscribing?

For an initial purchase, EU consumers have 14 days from the confirmation email to withdraw, minus the pro-rata value of services already used. Renewals are excluded. You can send notice by email to [email protected] (terms section 10.4.3, checked 2026-10-29).

Does deleting my account stop the subscription?

Cancelling and deleting use separate routes. To unsubscribe, go to My Profile, Settings and Unsubscribe. To delete, go to Settings, Danger Zone and Delete Account. Under the privacy policy dated 2026-10-19, financial records are kept for 10 years.
